"Happy Days Are Here Again" played thru the pillowy cloud set at the Marc Jacobs show the other night. There feeling of serenity, newness and a clean slate. Neutrals and soft pastels dominated the runway, in double faced wools, sheer organza ruffles, and dense crystal beading.
