The iconic banana leaf print, synonymous with the Beverly Hills Hotel, designed in 1942 by decorator Don Loper. Throughout the years the print has popped up elsewhere, Indochine in NYC, the Colony Hotel in Palm beach, but will always make me think of the pink hued Beverly Hills Hotel. Martinique is not for the faint of heart, it is a a large scale print, ideal for a long hallway or a sun room.
Until we can all get on a plane to California, we are stuck watching Troop Beverly Hills and Funny Girl, both filmed at the hotel.
