The Northeast has been experiencing unseasonably cold weather lately, dubbed by local weather channels as the Polar Vortex effect. Arctic weather calls for extreme layering. Today's New York Times spoke about how practicality meets posh with fur lined parka's and Sorel boots.
The fashion word is in the midst of viewing the Pre-Fall 2014 collections, things that you want to wear now, but won't be available until next winter.
Today, Louis Vuitton showed one of my favorite collections for the season - showing city and country dwelling, in style.
Not only was I drawn to the plethora of 'Sophia' bags featured,
but one look included a pair of fur loafers.
Warm, versatile, and no socks needed.
Take that Polar Vortex!
