Lunching in Pound Ridge...

The woods of Westchester have gotten a whole lot chicer lately with the opening of the Inn at Pound Ridge.   The Jean-Georges restaurant, open for nearly a year now, is located in an idyllic, elegantly restored home, with beautiful stone fireplaces and reclaimed wooden walls.
The menu is pure perfection, and will have you coming back for birthday's, holidays, and any other day ending in 'y'.

What we ate:

Whipped ricotta with crushed cranberries and olive oil, served with grilled sourdough.
This dish alone is worth the drive to Pound Ridge

Chopped salad with apple, avocado, pecans, and grilled shrimp.
Simple and delicious, you could eat this everyday.

Parmesan crusted french chicken with artichoke hearts.
Yum!

And there is so much more to try - the Pizzas, Croque M, Hamburger, and the desserts!
