Famed hair stylist Serge Normant, he handles the tresses of Julianne, Julia and Sarah Jessica to name a few, has opened a new salon in NYC. For the three-story space, in Chelsea, Normant commissioned a wall mural by Donald Robertson in the top-floor shampoo room.
