Do you have a travel uniform?
Go to items that take you from flight delays, to chilly cabins, to your favorite restaurant immediately upon landing.
A pair of jeans (that will also be worn throughout the trip) and a button-down are the basics - you can't go wrong from here. Add a cashmere sweater, which can double as a scarf, and a lightweight jacket.
